Course Objectives 

At the end of the course, and depending on your personal work, you should be able to: 

  • Make requests and complaints 

  • Formulate messages without naming the originator 

  • Express different levels of probability 

The evaluation is done by continuous assessment as well as by a speaking test at the end of the course.
