Chinese A1.2 Standard
You already have some knowledge of the language (level A1.1), want to make progress in learning Chinese and have enough time to commit to a standard course.
Assuming regular attendance and independent study, you should be able to do the following in writing and in speech by the end of this course:
- Exchange simple information on the family, work, outings, projects, etc.
- Talk about your everyday activities and your hobbies
- Ask and answer questions in a simple way about ordinary things: shopping, restaurants, cafés, etc.
By the end of this course, you should:
- Master some 300 characters
A standard course based on schemes of work (2 100-minute classes a week, for about 15 weeks)
For oral communication, priority is given to pair work and work in the class plenum. Learners participate actively both inside and outside the classroom.
