Chinese B2.2 E-LEARNING STANDARD

TARGET AUDIENCE

You have some knowledge of the language (level B2.1), want to make progress in learning Chinese and have enough time to commit to a standard course.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Assuming regular attendance and independent study, you should be able to do the following by the end of this course:

• Follow a lively discussion and identify the opinions of the speakers
• Follow an argumentative presentation about a social subject
• Express, justify and defend your opinion using clear and logical arguments

By the end of this course, you should:

• Master some 1,600 characters

METHODOLOGY

For oral communication, priority is given to pair work and work in the class plenum. Learners participate actively both inside and outside the classroom.

EVALUATION

Learners will be assessed continuously throughout the semester or on the basis of a final test at the end of each semester. They will receive a certificate outlining their level in the four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
