Course Objectives

At the end of the course, and depending on your personal work, you should be able to:

• Describe and respond to experiences, events and situations in some detail
• Understand and produce clear, detailed descriptions, reviews and narratives
• Take an active part in discussions, expressing and supporting opinions and responding to others
• Take part in spoken and written exchanges to negotiate, make or respond to complaints, and seek solutions or compensation

The evaluation is done by continuous assessment as well as by a speaking test at the end of the course.
