Dutch B1 Workshop : Oral

TARGET AUDIENCE

You have attained level B1.1 in Dutch and want to develop your fluency and vocabulary range in spoken Dutch by participating in conversation-based activities.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Assuming regular attendance and independent study, you should be able to do the following by the end of this course:

• Converse with greater confidence and fluency.
• Be able to verbally exchange opinions and ideas regarding common subjects.
• Ask and answer questions in a simple way about everyday topics.

METHODOLOGY

Pair work and work in the class plenum.

COURSE TYPES

A conversation workshop B1 (1 100-minute class a week) is:

• based on schemes of work drawn up on the basis of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

COURSE MATERIALS

Real-world materials (internet sources, newspaper articles, songs,…)

EVALUATION

Learners are not assessed and no certificate outlining the skill level will be issued.
