Objectives of the workshop 

• By the end of the workshop, you will have written approximately 17 texts through which your personal writing voice will be highlighted. 
• Throughout the semester, you will develop your creativity by writing a variety of texts, in prose or poetry, based on playful writing constraints linked to the objectives of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). 
• You will write in class using a prompt (a text, photograph, painting, game, etc.) and, if necessary, continue working on your text outside of class.
• You will send your text to the instructor by email, and it will be returned to you with feedback and corrections. At the beginning of the following class, you will read your weekly written work aloud to the group, allowing you to share it with the other participants and further develop your oral skills, including pronunciation and rhythm.

A workshop is not subject to evaluations and therefore does not entitle you to a skills assessment or re-enrolment in a higher-level course.
