LEARNING OUTCOMES 

Assuming regular attendance and independent study, you should be able to do the following by the end of this course: 

• Understand a wide range of broadcast material, identifying finer points of detail 

• Expand and support points of view at some length with appropriate reasons and relevant examples 

• Follow and participate in most presentations, discussions and debates with relative ease 

The evaluation is done by continuous assessment as well as by a speaking test at the end of the course.
