All in-person classes are held on Saturdays.

The training focuses on the andragogical skills (adult education competencies) required in a socio-professional context.

  • knowledge tests for self-assessment;
  • an online discussion forum where participants can ask questions and learn from one another;
  • a collaborative project that draws on the skills developed throughout the training;
  • a practicum consisting of two 200-minute classes (400 minutes in total), including specific practical activities to be completed during the second class.
